What to wear
Comfortable clothing, preferably clothing that is not too loose, but enables you to move freely and allows the teacher to accurately observe physical alignment and actions in the body. Bare feet is the rule in yoga and an empty stomach is recommended (wait a few hours after a heavy meal and an hour after a light snack). Please refrain from wearing perfume when coming to class.

What if I have an injury or illness or if I am pregnant?
That is not a problem, but please mention any condition before the start of the class. Many conditions and chronic injuries improve over time with yoga. Some yoga poses may need to be modified to suit both the person and the condition and it is the responsibility of the teacher to know what, or what not, to do.
